I came across a Facebook post of yours. Just wanted to say well done for what you have achieved so far. I had a difficult time 12 years ago and searched for answers to help me come to terms with events. I trained as a hypnotherapist and then set my self a goal to help one person to prevent them going through similar to justify what had happened to me. I since have gone onto help thousands. I recently became an author of ‘cut the crap and feel amazing’ which has the answers to help people move on from events and turn them in to something amazing. I thought it might help you personally and then your blog followers. If you would like a review copy let me know. You may like to be a guest blogger on my new blog coming out in the new year which could spread your message. I know Christmas can be difficult at first and then just different, hence why I am contacting you on Christmas eve, i happen to be in a hotel room not doing traditional things. Anyway I hope you read this at the perfect time, best wishes ailsa p.s. you can see more about me on my website and about the book
